I've been a half dozen times and always had great drinks and pastries. It's super popular on weekend mornings with the line extending around the building. “ Really nice place, surrounded by fall colors at this time. Chill with your friends outside and pet people's dogs while you wait to order. It's like a cafe in a typical romcom where the MC fatefully bumps into her soulmate. Honey cinnamon italian soda was great. ”
“ Wash Perk is a cute little corner coffee shop located a few blocks away from the popular Wash Park. They have a large range of coffees and teas and additional flavors you can add to the coffee. Additionally, there are pastries and hot foods you can order (breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwiches). There is patio and indoor seating. We got there around 10am on a Sunday and there was a line starting to wrap around the corner. We waited about 10 minutes to get to the window to order and about another 7-10 minutes for our coffee and food to come out. You get the pastry upon ordering and it takes 6 minutes for the burrito. We got a blueberry croissant and they don't skimp on the filling! The chorizo breakfast burrito was a great size for one person to be full but not stuffed. The mild red salsa was tasty too. Wash Perk is a cute coffee shop that I would love to come back to. You can also look at all the cute dogs that pass by as you wait for your drinks! ”

“ This is a Wash Park neighborhood gem! It's officially 1/2 a mile's walk from me, but every time we walk here, I never regret it. Yes, there's usually a line on weekend mornings, but I often don't mind it. If you don't come early, they usually sell out of the more popular pastries. (We arrived around 11a and they were out of blueberry muffins.) Pro Tip: If you're unable to grab a shaded seat outside, they usually have a nearly empty indoor space (with loads of AC cranking) and a well maintained restroom. ”
